Vintage Ranch is home to over 340 single family homes with many community parks.  It is a well sought after community in Gilbert Arizona.  Currently there are only a few homes on the market in this neighborhood.  Gilbert Public Schools attracts many homeowners to this area.  The school district provides transportation to the neighborhood schools: Quartz Hill Elementary, South Valley Junior High, and Campo Verde High School.

The HOA is Vintage Ranch Management Company professionally managed by Jomar Association Services, the fees are $249 quarterly.
