As a mortgage professional, I thought I could handle the process of buying our first home without the help of a realtor. And as a mortgage professional, I could not have been more wrong. When my parents referred me to Linda, I thought their stories of her professionalism and kindness were too good to be true but in fact she was all that and more. There are not enough adjectives in the English language to fully describe the incredible service that Linda provided. She was always available for us and quite honestly she was our rock as we went through the process of buying our home. As first time home buyers there were a lot of stressful moments for us during negotiations, obtaining the loan, closing, etc. Linda helped us keep our cool the entire way. She was endlessly communicative and worked tirelessly to make sure everything was taken care of in a timely fashion. Seriously, I don’t know how someone can work as hard as she does. Whether it was meeting us at crazy hours to fit our work schedule, calling the lender to ensure our funding package was set up correctly, or being the liaison between the lender and HOA to facilitate the loan process, Linda does it all. We will NEVER, EVER look anywhere other than Linda for representation in the future. We know that no one has more expertise, no has better communication skills, and no one will treat you like a friend the way Linda does. If you are looking for the absolute best and comprehensive service, then your search is over.
