Mrs. Chafey did an awesome job in assisting with the arduous task of finding a home to rent on short notice.
She proved effective, professional and aggressive during negotiations with another real estate agency and remained involved until we took possession.
It is our intention to utilize her services when the time comes to purchase a home of our own.

I picked Linda Chafey randomly from a group of realtors. Being from out of state I had no recommendations or realtors I could trust. Boy I’m glad I did. She worked for almost a year to sell my mother’s house. She went out of her way to keep me informed. All documents were handled over the internet so I did not need to keep coming down to Az. I thought she was going to call me several times and tell me to find another realtor but she never did, she just kept working to sell the home. She got me more than I expected for the home. I would not hesitate to recommend her as a realtor for what ever home you need to sell. Thanks Linda, if you ever move to Washington state I know you will have me as a customer.

Finding the right Realtor to work with is critical to the success of one of the biggest transactions of most peoples’ lives. We listed our home for sale with Linda in February of this year. Linda’s research on comps was spot on, and with the her recommended pricing, our home sold in 2 days! The sale process ended up taking a bit longer than planned, due to the buyer using a VA loan and our home being a short sale. Linda was amazing and helped us understand all of the unusual processes that went along with a VA loan combined with a short sale. As our old home was approaching a closing date, Linda helped us find a home in the high school boundary that we were looking at moving to. Linda was the perfect real estate agent for me! Not only was she helpful, but she made sure I was happy with my home before I purchased it.
